🍽️ Benihana Copycat: Steak, Chicken & Shrimp
Hibachi at home— delicious, and way more budget-friendly 🙌
✨ Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 8 oz large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- Salt & pepper
🍳 Instructions:
- Heat a flat top grill or large skillet to medium-high heat.
- Add butter and oil.
- Season steak, chicken, and shrimp with salt, pepper, and a light sprinkle of sugar.
- Add to the pan (cook in batches if needed).
- Cook:
- Steak → to your preferred doneness
- Chicken → until internal temp reaches 164°F
- Shrimp → until pink and internal temp reaches 145°F
- Toss together and serve hot 🔥
