🍽️ Benihana Copycat: Steak, Chicken & Shrimp

Hibachi at home— delicious, and way more budget-friendly 🙌

✨ Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 8 oz large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Salt & pepper

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Heat a flat top grill or large skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Add butter and oil.
  3. Season steak, chicken, and shrimp with salt, pepper, and a light sprinkle of sugar.
  4. Add to the pan (cook in batches if needed).
  5. Cook:
    • Steak → to your preferred doneness
    • Chicken → until internal temp reaches 164°F
    • Shrimp → until pink and internal temp reaches 145°F
  6. Toss together and serve hot 🔥

🍚 Serve with:
Fried Rice
